Pacific Brands is a marketer of "Everyday Essential Brands". The origins of Pacific Brands can be traced back to 1893 when the business began manufacturing Dunlop bicycle tyres. Today, Pacific Brands is a leading manager of Everyday Essential Brands in Australia and New Zealand, marketing some of the most recognised brands in four key operating groups, including:
- Underwear and Hosiery businesses include market leading brands Bonds, Berlei, Rio, Holeproof and Razzamatazz
- Outerwear and Sportbusinesses are some of Australia's leading suppliers of workwear (Hard Yakka and KingGee, Stubbies), uniforms (Dowd, NNT and Stylecorp ), casualwear (Everlast), streetwear (Mossimo, Mooks, Stussy and Superdry ), sports clothing, sports equipment (Dunlop, Slazenger and Maxfli), bicycles and bicycle accessories (Malvern Star, Rosebank and Repco Sport)
- Home Comfort businesses are leading manufacturers and marketers of beds, pillows, quilts, bedlinen, towels, carpet underlay and foam including Sheridan, Tontine, Sleepmaker and Dunlopillo
- Footwear businesses are some of the largest suppliers of footwear in Australia, with a major presence across the casual, formal, school and sport categories including Dunlop Volleys, Grosby, Clarks, Hush Julius Marlow, Naturalizer and Candy brands

Concluding an in depth 3 month evaluation of the leading Apparel PLM systems in late 2007 Pacific Brands choose the ENOVIA PLM product and partnered with Imag to deploy the Apparel PLM Accelerator across its many brands. The initial deployment in early 2008 was across five brands of the Mens underwear and outerwear categories, it also included a report integrations to Cognos and and in house ERP system. This was successfully deployed in under 6mths. Since then the PLM systems has been deployed to the many other brands including Womens intimates.
In the recent months Imag has also partnered with Pacific Brands to upgrade their PLM system to ENOVIA V6R2009x."
