IP and Export Control
ENOVIA IP and Export Control enables companies to restrict access to sensitive data by creating rules that govern access to the data. These rules can cover IP, Export Control and Security applications, for either your data or that of others.
ENOVIA IP and Export Control comes in two modules, ENOVIA IP Export Classification which is used to define the rules and ENOVIA IP Export Enforcement which is used to enforce the rules.
Key features and capabilities of ENOVIA IP and Export Control include:
- The product is delivered with a set of pre-defined security classes, each with a unique set of credentials or conditions that must be met by a user to gain access to the information in the class
- Items can be completely hidden from users – they appear not to exist at all – or they can be exposed in a limited way - read meta data only but not electronic files
- Create exceptions to the rules, where the exceptions are often handled with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
ENOVIA IP and Export Control modules allows companies to manage and protect all relevant IP in the enterprise with a single PLM system. With predefined classes such as ITAR for defence, and other common, global, security rules, securing data quickly is possible.
